Welcome to My Best Agency ("we," "us," "our"), a curated directory of free marketing resources shared by agencies at mybestagency.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By browsing, subscribing, submitting an offering, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm you're able to form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of the Site
My Best Agency curates free resources shared by agencies. You may browse, subscribe, and submit offerings in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or other users' access
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or contact information from the Site without our written permission
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
Submissions
By submitting an offering, you confirm that:
You have the right to share the resource and to grant us permission to display it on the Site
The information provided (agency/company name, contact details, resource description) is accurate
Any affiliate, referral, or commission-earning links included in your submission are clearly disclosed as such, per our submission guidelines
We review all submissions and may accept, edit, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without explanation, including after publication. We are not obligated to publish any submission.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@mybestagency.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
The Site contains links to resources, offerings, and websites operated by third parties, some of which may be affiliate links that earn a commission for the submitting agency or for us. We require affiliate links to be disclosed at the point of submission, but we do not independently verify every third-party destination, and inclusion of a resource on the Site is not an endorsement of its quality, safety, or outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, branding, and original content are owned by My Best Agency / Laura Cole Creative and may not be copied or reused without permission. Submitters retain ownership of the content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and promote that content on the Site and in related marketing (such as the newsletter or social posts).
Disclaimer
Resources are provided "as is" and "as available." My Best Agency is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or outcomes of third-party offerings, and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or any listed resource.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Best Agency and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party offering accessed through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the past twelve months — which, given the Site is free to use, is expected to be zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold My Best Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submissions, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or remove any submission at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
