My Best Agency — Submission Guidelines

My Best Agency curates free, vetted marketing resources from trusted agencies. To keep the feed useful and spam-free, every submission is reviewed against the rules below before it's published.

Submission rules

  1. The resource must be genuinely free to access. No "free" offers that are actually lead magnets requiring payment, or trials that convert to paid without clear disclosure upfront.

  2. The resource must come from a real agency or business. Submissions must include an identifiable company name, working website, and a way to contact the submitter.

  3. The link must work and go where it says it goes. No broken links, no redirects to unrelated pages, no bait-and-switch URLs.

  4. Affiliate links are allowed, but must be disclosed. If a submission includes an affiliate, referral, or commission-earning link, this must be clearly stated in the submission (e.g., "This offer includes affiliate links"). Undisclosed affiliate links are treated as a rules violation, not a gray area.

  5. The resource must be relevant to marketing. Templates, guides, tools, courses, swipe files, calculators, and similar resources aimed at marketers or business owners qualify. Unrelated products or services don't.

  6. One submission per resource. Duplicate listings, resubmissions of rejected offers without changes, or the same offer submitted under multiple names/agencies will be removed.

  7. The submitter must have the right to share it. By submitting, the agency confirms they own the resource or have explicit permission to distribute it.

  8. No spam, and no gatekeeping tactics. No excessive pop-ups, no "pay to unlock," no forced follows/shares before access, no fake urgency or scarcity claims.

  9. Content must be safe and legal. No malware, phishing, cracked/pirated tools, adult content, or anything violating applicable law.

  10. Claims must be accurate. No fabricated results, fake testimonials, or misleading performance stats attached to the offer.

Common reasons a submission gets refused

  • Affiliate or referral links present but not disclosed

  • Resource isn't actually free, or requires payment info to "unlock"

  • Broken, expired, or mismatched link

  • No identifiable agency/company behind the submission

  • Duplicate of an existing or previously rejected listing

  • Off-topic — not a marketing resource

  • Spammy access gates (forced sign-up walls beyond reasonable email capture, follow-to-unlock, etc.)

  • Suspected malware, phishing, or unsafe destination

  • Exaggerated or unverifiable claims about results

  • Submitter doesn't have rights to distribute the resource

  • Low-effort or incomplete submission (missing description, broken formatting, no clear value)

Note on affiliate disclosure

Affiliate links are welcome on My Best Agency — the site isn't anti-monetization. The requirement is transparency: the submission form should have a checkbox or field for "Contains affiliate links," and any listing that includes one should say so plainly to the visitor, not just bury it in fine print.
